Admissions Requirements:

Ø  State ID/ Driver's License

Ø  CNA Certificate

Ø  SIUC Result

Hours of Operation:

Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Test  is  scheduled everyday for LPN Pre-Examination.
